Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (ra) reported:
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Whom do you consider to be a fighter among you?”
We said, “One whom men cannot wrestle down.”
He ﷺ said, “It is not so. Rather, it is one who controls himself when angry.”

We present an expanded version of our Special Open lecture in October and November. Muslims who are fond of martial arts gather in Tokyo Camii to talk about martial arts.
